Role Overview:

The Marketplace Coordinator manages and grows the Group’s presence across third-party
online marketplaces — Amazon.ae, Noon.com, Trendyol, Tradeling, and Temu. The role owns
day-to-day listing accuracy, inventory and pricing synchronisation, order fulfilment coordination,
and channel performance, ensuring all of the Group’s pharmacy and wellness products are
correctly represented, competitively priced, and consistently available across every active
channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing management: Create, optimise, and maintain product listings across Amazon.ae,
Noon, Trendyol, Tradeling, and Temu — including titles, descriptions, images, attributes,
and category placement.
• Inventory & pricing sync: Keep stock levels and pricing accurate and aligned across all
marketplaces; flag discrepancies and prevent overselling or stock-outs.
• Order processing: Monitor and coordinate marketplace orders through to dispatch, liaising
with warehouse and logistics teams to meet platform SLAs and delivery deadlines.
• Content & SEO: Improve listing discoverability through marketplace SEO — keywords, A+
/ enhanced content, and adherence to each platform’s content guidelines.
• Promotions & deals: Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, flash deals,
coupons, and seasonal promotions in line with Group pricing strategy.
• Performance tracking: Monitor sales, account health, buy-box status, ratings, and returns;
prepare regular channel performance reports for the E-Commerce Manager.
• Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and UAE regulatory
requirements for pharmacy, health, and wellness products.
• Issue resolution: Manage platform cases, listing suppressions, account notifications, and
customer queries escalated from marketplaces.
• Catalogue support: Assist with product data accuracy — GTINs/barcodes, ASIN
matching, and catalogue enrichment across channels.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon
and/or Noon strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with marketplace seller centrals (Amazon Seller Central, Noon
Partner, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of listing optimisation, inventory management, and order
fulfilment workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for catalogue and reporting work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent written English; Arabic is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with sales and performance metrics.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple channels simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver who can navigate marketplace support and policy issues.
• Collaborative team player who coordinates well across warehouse, logistics, and
marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Listing accuracy and completeness across all active channels.
• Marketplace sales growth and buy-box / visibility share.
• Order fulfilment within platform SLAs and account health scores.
• Reduction in listing suppressions, stock-outs, and pricing errors.
