We are looking for a detail-oriented and licensed Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations. The role involves assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, handling prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
- Receive, review, and process prescriptions
- Label, pack, and organize medications as per guidelines
- Manage inventory, including stock arrangement, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry monitoring
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and POS transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
- Provide basic product information under pharmacist supervision
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid MOH / DHA / DOH License or Eligibility (as applicable)
- 1–3 years of pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
