Role Overview:
Medon Pharmacy Group is looking for passionate and licensed Pharmacists to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced DOH-licensed Pharmacists (or those holding a valid DOH/HAAD Eligibility Letter).
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in compliance with health authority regulations
- Provide clear guidance on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of prescriptions and stock
- Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries professionally
- Support daily pharmacy operations and coordinate effectively with the team
Requirements:
- Valid DOH (HAAD) License or DOH Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) — mandatory
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) — an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Location: Abu Dhabi (Final branch placement will be based on operational requirements)
