Role Overview:

Medon Pharmacy is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our head office. This role combines reception duties with logistical and administrative support, including managing supplier communications, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth distribution of stationery, company assets, and marketing materials across all pharmacy branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk: greet visitors, handle calls, and emails professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings between suppliers and the purchasing team.
  • Oversee inventory, distribution, and timely delivery of stationery, uniforms, assets, and marketing materials to branches.
  • Monitor pantry stocks and maintain office essentials.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works for pharmacy branches.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, courier management, and cheque release.
  • Assist with urgent deliveries, last-minute coordination, and candidate interviews as needed.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
