Medon Pharmacy Group is looking for passionate Trainee Pharmacists to join our growing team across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh pharmacy graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications safely and accurately
- Provide guidance to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and stock
- Support pharmacy cleanliness, safety, and operational protocols
- Deliver professional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and collaborate with the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is mandatory
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- No prior license is required; this is a trainee/entry-level position
